Dr Emily Amos

DOCTOR.

MINDFULNESS TEACHER.
VOICE OF CLARITY TO FRANTIC MINDS.

Emily is a General Practitioner, International Board Certified Lactation Consultant, 200hr Yoga Teacher and mindfulness teacher. With her generalist medical background and further training in areas of interest, she approaches 'burnout', stress management and productivity for women in a multifaceted and holistic way. She is also part of the academic staff at Monash University teaching mindfulness, self care and behaviour change to medical students with world renowned mindfulness expert Dr Craig Hassed. When not busy doing this she enjoys camping and spending time with her family as well as getting her hands dirty working with acrylic on canvas to create her own Mark Rothko inspired artworks.
